Quasar Jam Studios ("we," "our," or "us") operates Chromatic (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By downloading or using Chromatic, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Chromatic does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

We collect limited non-personal information automatically to help us improve the App:

• Analytics Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as gameplay sessions, levels completed, features used, and general app interaction patterns. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Crash and Performance Reports: We automatically collect diagnostic data including crash logs, device type, operating system version, and performance metrics to identify and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Services

Chromatic uses the following third-party service:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction identifiers and purchase history to process your transactions. RevenueCat does not collect your name, email, or other personally identifiable information through our App. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs or ad tracking technologies. Chromatic does not display ads and does not collect your Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Chromatic is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App does not require registration, does not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers, and does not include behavioral advertising.

The anonymous analytics and crash data we collect cannot be used to identify any individual user, including children.

5. In-App Purchases

Chromatic offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card number, or Apple ID.

Parents and guardians can manage and restrict in-app purchases through their device's Screen Time or parental control settings.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties.

We may share anonymous, aggregated data with our third-party service provider (RevenueCat) solely for the purpose of processing in-app purchases. This data cannot be used to identify you.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, typically no longer than 24 months. After this period, data is automatically deleted.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, most of these rights are satisfied by default.
